Arroyo Seco Pet Fair - Mobile Clinic - Feb 4

The Pet Fair will be held in the main part of Hermon Park, adjacent to the city's new dog park, at 5568 Via Marisol, L.A. 90042 (between Monterey Road and the Arroyo Seco Parkway/110 Freeway).

The picturesque sycamore-filled city park well known in recent years as the home of Northeast L.A.'s Corn Festival will open its gates to many dozens of animal rescue and pet services providers at the First Annual Hermon Park Pet Fair. Participants from around Los Angeles and neighboring cities - including Villalobos Rescue Center, Best Friends for Animals, Greyhound Pets of America, and L.A. Animal Services, will take part.

Central to the day's events is the visit to the park by the Sam Simon Foundation's free spay and neuter Mobile Clinic, a state-of-the-art surgical facility on wheels that can sterilize up to 50 pets a day, for qualifying households.
